Jeremy Ck Lee
My experience in property began in 2019, before I started working as a real estate negotiator in 2024. Today, my advisory work focuses on luxury properties in Kuala Lumpur, with Jacee New Launch dedicated to selected new developments.
I’m also a property investor. My own experience includes owning residential and commercial properties for long-term rental, alongside managing Airbnb properties. That gives me a practical perspective on what happens after a purchase: the day-to-day management, upkeep, rental operations and decisions that come with ownership.
When we discuss a property, I want to understand what it needs to do for you. A home for your family, a base in KL and a rental investment can call for very different choices.
