Type C is the 888 sq ft dual-key layout. It combines a one-bedroom portion and a studio suite, with separate entrances beyond a shared foyer, two bathrooms, a powder room and a balcony.
Is Times Square 2 Airbnb-friendly?
Yes, Times Square 2 is positioned for short-stay rentals as well as longer-term tenants. Professional operator arrangements are available to discuss. Confirm the current building rules, operating terms and management fees before choosing your rental setup.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
The apartments are partially furnished, with kitchen cabinetry and appliances, air-conditioning, fitted bathrooms and a digital lock. Furniture, curtains, bedding and styling need a separate budget. The exact inclusions depend on the unit type and package.
Does a unit come with a parking bay?
No allocated parking bay is included with the apartment. Parking is available on a rental basis, subject to the operator’s current availability and charges.
Can foreign buyers and MM2H applicants buy here?
Eligible foreign buyers can purchase Times Square 2. If you are considering MM2H, Jeremy can help shortlist units for your budget and intended stay. The unit must meet the applicable purchase requirements; buying a property does not itself grant MM2H approval.
