KLCC View Condos: CloutHaus, KL360 or Pavilion Damansara Heights?
Jacee New Launch · Updated 16 October 2026
JEREMY’S PROPERTY SHORTLIST · KUALA LUMPUR
KLCC view condos.
Which view feels like home?
CloutHaus, KL360 and Pavilion Damansara Heights offer three different reasons to look towards the Twin Towers. Here’s how I would narrow them down.
Find your starting point
START WITH THE OUTLOOK YOU ENJOY
Would you rather be close to KLCC,
or see more of the city?
When someone asks me for a condo with a KLCC view, I don’t automatically choose the building closest to the Twin Towers. Some buyers want that close-up landmark view. Others prefer a wider skyline, with more sky or greenery around it.
The Twin Towers, up close
Start with CloutHaus if the KLCC setting is the main attraction.
Explore CloutHaus → 02A wider city outlook
Start with KL360 if you like an open skyline and can accept being farther from the KLCC core.
Explore KL360 → 03Greenery with the skyline
Start with Pavilion Damansara Heights if you want to enjoy KLCC from a different neighbourhood.
Explore Pavilion →The shortlist is about suitable facings. The tower, floor and unit position determine the actual view.
CLOSE-UP KLCC SETTING
CloutHaus:
when the Twin Towers are the draw.

CloutHaus is my first suggestion for buyers who want to be directly opposite KLCC. Its Jalan P. Ramlee location puts the Twin Towers at the centre of the appeal, rather than somewhere in the distance.
I would shortlist it for someone who enjoys the city setting as much as the view: going out around KLCC, having a central KL base, and coming home to that recognisable skyline.
The outlook from the main living space. If the view is why you are buying, it should be something you enjoy while sitting at home, rather than only from one corner of a bedroom.
CloutHaus is under construction. Compare the selected floor and facing with the site and floor plans before choosing; the sky lounge’s outlook is not a substitute for your apartment’s view.

KL360:
a little farther, with room for the skyline.

The hesitation I hear about KL360 is the distance from KLCC. That is a fair point: Jalan Raja Uda is outside the immediate Suria KLCC shopping and office area.
But the open outlook is also why I would consider it. For buyers who enjoy seeing the city spread out in front of them, a little distance can be part of the attraction.
KL360 has compact homes and selected dual-key layouts. That gives buyers another decision to make: whether the apartment works better as a personal city base, a whole-unit rental or a home with two separately usable sections.
For an investment, I would compare the layout and purchase price alongside the view. A great skyline cannot make up for a unit that does not suit the tenants you want to attract.

KL360 Type A1
872 sq ft · 3 bedrooms
This KLCC-facing plan places the living room and main bedroom along the same outer side of the apartment. It is a useful example for buyers who want to consider the view together with a three-bedroom layout.
The plan identifies the facing. The chosen floor and position still decide how much of the skyline you see.
DAMANSARA HEIGHTS · SKYLINE & GREENERY
Pavilion Damansara Heights:
KLCC in the distance, greenery closer to home.

Pavilion Damansara Heights is farther from KLCC, and that is exactly why I would include it. The attraction is a different composition: greenery in the foreground and the city skyline beyond.
My recommendation is to look at the suitable KLCC-facing units with an open outlook. You can enjoy the Twin Towers from home without choosing to live in the KLCC district itself.
This would be my starting point for someone who wants a more relaxed home setting while keeping the Pavilion mall and MRT connection nearby. The view matters, but so does the neighbourhood you come home to.
Within the development, choose the tower by your space needs and timing, then compare the available facings. Windsor and Regent offer a range of layouts; Crown has larger family homes. Phase 2 brings Royal Suites and Imperial Residences.

Windsor, Regent and Crown. A viewing lets you compare the available unit’s skyline, greenery and room arrangement together.

Royal and Imperial. Compare the proposed facing with your preferred layout, and account for the other towers within the development.
Explore Phase 2 →Pavilion Damansara Heights is an alternative location for a KLCC skyline view, not a property within KLCC. Views vary between towers and units.
THE SHORT VERSION
Three starting points.
Choose the one that fits your life.
| Your priority | Start here | The trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| A close-up Twin Towers setting | CloutHaus | A central city location, with a wait for completion. |
| An open city panorama | KL360 | Farther from the immediate KLCC core; under construction. |
| Greenery with a distant skyline | Pavilion Damansara Heights | A different neighbourhood. Phase 1 is completed; Phase 2 requires waiting. |
LIVING WITH THE VIEW
Would you still like the home
after you put your phone down?
From your sofa
Look at the view from where you would actually sit. A striking photograph taken right against the glass can feel different from the middle of the room.
At the time you are home
If you work all day, the evening outlook may matter most. If you work from home, daylight, glare and the comfort of the living room deserve equal attention.
At the right price
Compare two similar units with different facings. The extra amount tells you what you are paying for the outlook. For rental use, compare achievable rent and ongoing costs too.
For my own home, I would pay attention to the view I can enjoy every day. For investment, I would still want the numbers to work without assuming a higher rent just because KLCC appears in the photograph.
Compare monthly maintenance costs →A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
Before choosing your view.
Which condo should I consider for a close-up KLCC view?
CloutHaus is the starting point in this shortlist for its position directly opposite the KLCC setting. Compare the exact facing and floor to establish how the Twin Towers sit within the selected apartment’s outlook.
Can I see KLCC from Pavilion Damansara Heights?
Suitable city-facing units offer KLCC skyline views from farther away, with greenery forming part of the appeal. The view is not the same across Windsor, Regent, Crown, Royal and Imperial, so compare the specific unit.
Does a skyline pool mean my apartment has the same view?
No. Facilities may be on a different floor or face a different direction. Check the apartment’s main windows and the exact position within the building.
Does a higher floor always give a better view?
Not necessarily. The direction, window position and neighbouring buildings matter too. A higher floor may open up the outlook, but it does not change which way the home faces.
Can an open KLCC view change in the future?
Yes. Development on surrounding land can change the outlook. An open view today should not be described as permanently protected without supporting evidence.
